    Expect to be challenged, and pushed to your limits (in a good way of-course)!

    We offer classes for all levels and abilities - from total beginner to advanced.

    We do a 7 day free trial, so you can see for yourself if you match our vibe!

    You will have unlimited access to our class libraries during the 7 day period.

    Note, if you do not cancel within 7 days, you will roll into our monthly subscription and you will automatically be billed.

    This gives you unlimited access to all classes in both the reformer and mat library, with new classes added each week!

  • We offer both Reformer and Mat Pilates classes.

    We have options for everyone, no matter your ability, level, or experience. We also have classes of different durations, so you can pick the class that will seamlessly fit into your day!

    1. Download the Momence app from the App Store or Google Play.

    2. Log in using your account details, or create your account.

    3. Select your host. Search 'CLUTCH Reformer Pilates''.

    4. Tap the CLUTCH icon on the top left of the screen.

    5. Select On-demand from the menu.

    6. Browse and select your desired class!

    1. Open the drop-down menu on the menu-bar at the top of the page.

    2. Select either our 'mat library', or 'reformer library'. These links will take you to a page with headline images to our collections.

    3. Select your desired collection, browse the classes, and click play!

  • Firstly, welcome! We want to make sure you feel comfortable and work hard to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all abilities!

    Reformer:

    We would recommend you starting with our Reformer Fundamentals classes. These classes will familiarise you with your reformer and take you through your workout at a controlled and non-intimidating pace!

    Mat:

    Start with our 10 part Ultimate Beginner Series. In this series, you will run through a sequence of 10 sessions to learn the fundamental movements! After completing this series, you will feel confident to move into our open mat catagories!

  • We have classes as short as 10 minutes, or as long as 45 minutes, so time shouldn’t be a barrier when it comes to getting your session in!

    Our 10 minute ‘fast blasts’, ‘core snacks’ (reformer) & ‘ab snacks’ (mat), can be done alone, or tagged onto the end of other workouts for a spicy finisher!

    Our Open Reformer & Mat classes are sectioned into 20-30 minute or 30-45 minute categories, so that you can pick exactly what you want (and have time for)! How good!!

  • We have recommended basics and extras for our Mat and Reformer classes. Use as little or as much equipment as you like!

  • Your classes will be run by Em and Stef!

    Em is the face and founder of CLUTCH. Emma is your personable, welcoming and dedicated trainer. Her inclusive coaching style combined with a strong belief in her clients will leave you walking away feeling challenged yet empowered and accomplished, with morale well and truly boosted.

    Stef is your smiling assassin. Stef is your admiringly strong and always entertaining trainer. Originally a nurse, followed by a seamless and natural transition into the pilates industry. Stef is passionate about feeling strong in all aspects of life, and brings that energy to every session at CLUTCH Online. Expect to be challenged, energised, and always entertained.

  • In our on-demand classes, we film without music so that the option is there for you to listen to whatever you want to!

    We do have a recommended playlist in the ‘details’ section of each video, which you can paste into another tab in your browser!
