  • MOJO (Open level)

    Open level reformer pilates classes, suitable for all abilities. You've got your mojo on, you've got your sweat on, your morale is boosted and those endorphins are flowing. Our clever trainers will cater for all abilities, and push you to the point where you feel challenged yet accomplished. Our class structure and trainer style provides options fro beginner, to intermediate to advanced, for a challenging yet accomodating class.

  • FUNDAMENTALS (Beginner level)

    Our entry level class - focusing on fundamental reformer moves and designed to familiarise you with the reformer. This class is slow and simple but the burn is real! Suitable for first timers, those recovering from injury, or those wanting a slower paced class.

  • MOBILITY/STRETCH

    Drop the intensity back with feel-good mobility flows, mellow tunes, and juicy stretches. The perfect Sunday reset to get you ready for that week ahead.

  • JUMPBOARD (Open level)

    Enjoy a cardio spin on your usual reformer classes, with this fast-paced class. We have 2 Jumpboard classes every Wednesday at 9.15am & 6.15pm.
