Hey squad! We all have those moments where our routine goes off track — maybe it’s a fun well-deserved holiday, a stressful time of year, or just a little dip in motivation. It happens! The good news is, you can bounce back!

Here are our top tips to help you do just that. Let’s get you feeling accomplished, strong, and wake up those endorphins from their extended snooze!

Firstly, re-visit your goals.

If you have had some time away from your regular exercise routine, take a moment to reflect your goals, desires, and needs. Life is everchanging, and it is important to keep your intentions aligned with your current self! To reflect, and write these down is a great first step!

This one is crucial… Plan your week!

Tune in to how your week looks, what time do you have spare to slot in and prioritise your exercise & wellness activities?

Set your non negotiable actions for the week, and schedule them into your diary or calendar. Write down your workout and recovery sessions, schedule them into your week, and give yourself a written plan to follow. 


Ease into things & don’t be too hard on yourself. 🤍

If you have had some time off exercise all together, ease yourself back into things to prevent injury or burnout.

Be kind to your mind and body and set yourself an achievable amount of sessions during your first few weeks back. You may also want to scale back the intensity slightly until your body is used to the movement - then once you are feeling like you’re back in action, begin to push yourself and build that strength!! 


Nourish your body

Make sure you are fuelling your body with what it needs. Eat a diverse and balanced diet, drink plenty of water, and get enough rest and sleep between sessions. Set time aside for things you enjoy, and be kind to yourself!
